The Brief

Pepsi’s global partners gathered in Barcelona for the International Beverage Conference, and wanted a high-throughput, brand-led activation for attendees. Working with Pepsi, YR delivered a premium live shirt customisation experience that tapped into the global love of football.

Our Solution

We brought in our custom-built kiosk platform, allowing users to personalise retro Pepsi-branded football shirts with their name and number. Using pre-cut vinyl and professional heat press application, our team printed on-site across two days. This was a modular installation with Pepsi-branded kiosks, live operators, and an intuitive digital interface.

Why It Worked

The simplicity of the product, the recognisable Pepsi branding, and the personalisation element combined to create a high-impact, high-volume experience. Guests loved seeing their custom shirts being made live, and the final product was a premium giveaway that tied in perfectly with the event’s sports theme.
