YR is proud to announce a comprehensive omni-channel partnership with Hugo Boss, delivering an end-to-end manufacturing and fulfillment solution across EMEA. This month, we successfully moved from proof of concept to multi-stream personalization experience across both the hugoboss.com e-commerce platform and 6 halo flagship retail stores including London, Paris, Barcelona, and Düsseldorf. Backed by a newly signed annual agreement, this collaboration represents a scalable customization model for modern luxury retail.
SEAMLESS CONFIGURATION ACROSS E-COM AND IN-STORE IPADS
The Hugo Boss experience utilizes the YR Platform to offer high-fidelity 3D visualization through a unified product configurator. Whether customers are shopping online from one of the 10 live European sites or engaging with iPads in-store, they have access to a suite of premium personalization options:
- Embroidery: Specialized on-demand production of custom-stitched monograms and designs on premium pocket handkerchiefs.
- Leather Goods: High-precision debossing and foiling workflows for small leather goods, including bespoke wallets and belts.
- Apparel Patching: An interactive patching experience for t-shirts and polo shirts, featuring a library of original custom artwork and artistic Hugo Boss logo interpretations.

TECHNICAL ENGINE: YR PRODUCTION MANAGER
At the heart of this global rollout is the YR Production Manager software. This architecture acts as the central fulfillment engine, managing the digital recipe JSON for every order. The software enables Hugo Boss to:
- Fulfill E-com Orders: Seamlessly route and track personalization orders from 10 European e-commerce sites to centralized production hubs.
- Track In-Store Orders: Monitor bespoke requests submitted via in-store iPads in real-time, ensuring 100% fulfillment accuracy across the retail estate.
- Drive Sales Velocity: Automate the journey from customer design to production works order, reducing lead times and operational friction.
GLOBAL EVENT PARTNERSHIP: FROM RETAIL TO THE WORLD STAGE
Beyond the permanent retail and digital installations, the partnership extends to Hugo Boss’s high-profile global event sponsorships, including a multi-year presence at the UK Golf Open. In these high-traffic environments, YR provides the hardware and software necessary to deliver a premium personalized product in real-time.
