THE BRIEF: RAPID BRAND ENGAGEMENT AT SCALE
With just three days to go before race weekend, CEO Event Management approached YR to bring Dubai-based developer beyond to life at Silverstone. The goal was to create a high-impact, high-volume experience to boost awareness and associate the brand with the world of Formula 1 through an engaging fan activation.
TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION & OUTCOME
For the Silverstone activation, YR deployed a high-velocity live kiosk activation designed for maximum fan engagement. To power the front-end visitor experience, we utilized the unity platform, leveraging its high-performance gaming engine to deliver a race-themed branded ui and fluid 3d live preview of the personalized bottles. This localized setup managed instant print queue generation, sending designs directly to on-site dye-sublimation printing stations. This specialized live deployment ensured 100% fulfillment accuracy with zero latency, allowing for the delivery of 1,500 units in a high-traffic environment, significantly increasing sales velocity and brand awareness for the client.
