The Brief

With just three days to go before race weekend, our partners at CEO Event Management approached YR to help bring Dubai-based developer Beyond to life at Silverstone. The goal? To create a high-impact, high-volume experience that would boost awareness and associate Beyond with the world of Formula 1.

Our Solution

We installed a custom-branded, interactive activation in a high-traffic fan area, enabling guests to design their own personalised water bottles in seconds. With a race-themed interface and 3D bottle mockup, guests could enter their name, choose a design and send it straight to print — all on-site.


Why It Worked

Speed and spectacle were key. The interactive UI made design intuitive and fun, while the on-site dye-sublimation printing ensured fans could collect their bottle in minutes. The Beyond brand featured prominently throughout the interface and product, offering high visibility and long-lasting impact.
