Enhancing the Kiehl’s Experience
To make the Kiehl’s beauty experience even more personal, we designed a unique customization event for the iconic ‘Ultra Facial Cream’. This initiative allowed customers to personalize their skincare products with custom graphics. The designs varied by location, adding a unique touch to each product. In many cities, the personalization extended to tote bags and tees.
Powered by the YR Platform
Our innovative YR platform played a key role in this global activation. The platform’s advanced technology enabled seamless and efficient customization across multiple locations. Using YR’s direct-to-garment printing technology, we ensured that each customized product, including skincare items and apparel, met high-quality standards and maintained a unique appeal tailored to each customer’s preferences.
Global Brand Activation
We partnered with L’Oréal and Kiehl’s to execute this ambitious global activation, reaching 44 stores in 16 countries. The participating countries included the UK, France, USA, Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Spain, Russia, Dubai, Turkey, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Australia, and New Zealand. This widespread activation allowed Kiehl’s to engage with a diverse customer base, offering personalized products and experiences on a global scale.

The global rollout provided Kiehl’s with an opportunity to offer a localized and engaging experience for customers worldwide. Each location featured unique graphics, reflecting local preferences and adding a personal touch. By extending the customization to tote bags and tees, Kiehl’s enhanced customer interaction and brand engagement.
