Fancy taking your experience of successfully creating and delivering multiple projects and leading multidisciplinary teams to a customisation experience agency that works with lots of cool brands? Then you’re in the right place.

We’re YR Live. We create personalisation experiences for live events and retail installations via a world’s first to the event industry – YR Designer. A unique ‘live’ digital design and print studio, YR Designer can customise items like t-shirts, tote bags of keyrings and lots more besides, all within minutes. Our vision? To become global leaders in customised merchandise while adhering to our values that are integral to our success – we pioneer, we evolve, we deliver and we are one.But enough about us. Let’s tell you a bit about what you’ll be doing here.

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll ensure the success of a range of ongoing, interdependent technical and business-focused projects, through supporting and managing your multi-disciplinary team. You will enable the team to deliver value by removing obstacles and blockers and creating the right environment for them to continuously improve. Ensuring software and hardware products are built to an appropriate level of quality will be vital. Your ultimate goal will be to successfully deliver retail and event installations that consistently exceed client expectations. Along the way, you’ll play your part in planning at a strategic and project-based level and get stuck into the detail on projects to make things happen.

A great opportunity to join a fast growing business offering real scope for personal development, your experience of matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams and the ability to lead, coach and motivate others will thrive here. Proactive, self-confident and adaptable, you’re great at dealing with ambiguity and changing and evolving priorities too, not to mention identifying new opportunities. A minimum of 5 years experience in a Delivery Manager or equivalent role is a must. A high technical aptitude is a given, as is excellent attention to detail and accuracy and calmness under pressure. We’ll also be looking for strong negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with teams. And, if you’ve worked with Agile management methodologies, even better (although this is not a deal breaker).

In return, you can expect a competitive salary and uncapped commission, lots of flexibility and genuine development opportunities (we started as a pop up stall in Carnaby Street in 2013 and now have offices in London, New York and Tokyo – and we’re looking to grow even more in the future) working out of great offices in the heart of Shoreditch.

YR is committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, and marriage and civil partnerships.
