Kiehl\u2019s Personalizes Beauty with Custom Ultra Facial Cream Experience<\/h1>\n

Kiehl\u2019s has long been renowned for its high-end beauty products with a customizable twist. Since 1851, Kiehl\u2019s has specialized in apothecary preparations, offering personal skincare consultations to create the perfect blend for each customer.<\/p>\n

Enhancing the Kiehl\u2019s Experience<\/h2>\n

To make the Kiehl\u2019s beauty experience even more personal, we designed a unique customization event for the iconic \u2018Ultra Facial Cream\u2019. This initiative allowed customers to personalize their skincare products with custom graphics. The designs varied by location, adding a unique touch to each product. In many cities, the personalization extended to tote bags and tees.<\/p>\n

Powered by the YR Platform<\/h2>\n

Our innovative YR platform played a key role in this global activation. The platform\u2019s advanced technology enabled seamless and efficient customization across multiple locations. Using YR\u2019s direct-to-garment printing technology, we ensured that each customized product, including skincare items and apparel, met high-quality standards and maintained a unique appeal tailored to each customer\u2019s preferences.<\/p>\n

Global Brand Activation<\/h2>\n

We partnered with L\u2019Or\u00e9al and Kiehl\u2019s to execute this ambitious global activation, reaching 44 stores in 16 countries. The participating countries included the UK, France, USA, Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Spain, Russia, Dubai, Turkey, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Australia, and New Zealand. This widespread activation allowed Kiehl\u2019s to engage with a diverse customer base, offering personalized products and experiences on a global scale.<\/p>\n

Customization Across the Globe<\/h2>\n

The global rollout provided Kiehl\u2019s with an opportunity to offer a localized and engaging experience for customers worldwide. Each location featured unique graphics, reflecting local preferences and adding a personal touch. By extending the customization to tote bags and tees, Kiehl\u2019s enhanced customer interaction and brand engagement.<\/p>\n
