£35,000- £40,000 + GREAT BENEFITS

Want to make the most of your agency experience, innovative approach and knowledge of software development and UX design processes with a customisation experience agency that works with lots of cool brands? Then you’re in the right place.

We’re YR Live. We create personalisation experiences for live events and retail installations via a world’s first to the event industry – YR Designer. A unique ‘live’ digital design and print studio, YR Designer can customise items like t-shirts, tote bags or key rings, and lots more besides, within minutes. Our vision? To become global leaders in customised merchandise while adhering to the values that are integral to our success – we pioneer, we evolve, we deliver and we are one.

But enough about us. Let’s tell you a bit about what you’ll be doing here.

As a Digital Project Manager, we’ll rely on you to manage the end-to-end process for a variety of exciting retail projects with budgets up to £300k. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining project management tools and documents, highlighting potential risks and acting proactively to resolve any issues along the way. Liaising with, and updating various stakeholders on the status of projects will be important too. Defining and understanding project requirements, developing and delivering effective plans and taking accountability for their success – you’ll do all of this, and more, as you help us realise our vision and values, oh and keep our clients happy of course.

A great opportunity for a commercially aware digital professional to join a fast growing business offering real scope for personal development, your creative flair will have every chance to shine. As well as the aforementioned software development and UX design skills, you’ll need a good knowledge of Google sheets and Wrike. We’ll also be looking for excellent attention to detail, strong time and risk management skills and a flair for problem-solving. Happy working as part of a team or leading others, you’re as comfortable negotiating as you are juggling multiple projects too. And, if you’ve worked with Agile management methodologies, even better (although this is not a deal breaker).

In return, you can expect a competitive salary and bonus, working in great offices in the heart of Shoreditch, lots of creative flexibility and genuine development opportunities (we started as a pop-up store in Carnaby Street in 2013 and now have offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Hong Kong).

YR is committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, and marriage and civil partnerships.
